Automatic Prefeeder

The machine is fed with cardboard stacks from which bundles are formed. These bundles are stacked again creating a sufficient stock to serve to avoid power interruptions during the stack change.

The cardboard sheets that make up this stock are subsequently scaled to feed the converting machine correctly.

Depending on the position on the cover of the corrugated cardboard on which you will have to print, the machine is made in two versions:

– Bottom print loader (cod. CDW001);

– Top print loader (cod. CUP001);

There is also a third version that allows you to switch from one to another feeding system (cod. CUD001).

The machine consists of four sections:

• Stack lifting section with forming bundle device
• Transport section bundle and oscillating unit
• Warehouse formation section with flaking barrier
• Telescopic feeding unit

Extremely versatile, robust and easy to set-up and use by the operator, suitable for loading bundles of cardboard sheets for case-makers or rotary die-cutters.

Possibility of inserting a cross device on the belt plan, for the tipping of the bundles of sheets in case of coupling with converting machines to print from above.

On request, the magazine can be supplied complete with centering device for stacks.
